In shallow pan place large sheet of aluminum foil: pat meat dry to temove any salt from the surfi place on foil and pour water over top. Spcinkle with pickling spice and arrange orange and vegetable stices over and around meat. Bring long ends of foil up over meat and seal with a double fold; seal side ends, turning them up to contain liquid. Bake in a preheated 300° oven 4 hours; cool meat slightly, unwrap and discard veeetables. (Up to this point may be baked carly in the day.) . Glaze ~- Combine sugar and mustard; spread on meat; bake. in preheated 375° oven 20 minutes or until glazed. “e
