previously taught. The program
now offers a three-level package of
courses, from introductory to ad-
vanced, in this area.

Two years of development have
produced a significant revision in a
course to assist unions in getting
their shop stewards cffectively in-
volved in advancing human rights
and combating racism. The course,
Race Relations, is a_ practical
course which helps the unionist
understand ‘racism and develops
practical techniques to deal with
prejudice and discrimination.
