league, the PRSL has given
many players the opportuni-
ty of either staying in top
calibre soccer, or of making
the step up to this calibre.
The three Columbus goal
scorers on Sunday, Steve
Nesin, Frank Ciaccia, and
Barry Deardon, as well as
goal keeper Dino Alberti
who recorded the shutout,
all have NASL experience,

as did a number of other
players from both teams.

A number of the teams
will be staying together over
the winter season playing
exhibition games while
others will be rebuilding and
preparing for 1986.

The league will spend the
off-season in analyzing the
past season and looking for
ways to increase the ex-
posure to the public.
