Dead is Gordan Jacob Stevenson, 63, of no fixed address. According to the North Vancouver RCMP, Stevenson was not in the crosswalk when he was struck by a car at 3 a.m. The driver of the car, a 27- year-old Burnaby woman and her two car passengers were not injured.
