One man who didn't see a party worth running for is Dallas Collis, an independent candidate for North Vancouver, “TP can’t find a party 1 can believe in,” Collis said. “Far too many people are running for parties and not for Canada, There’s too much cynicism on the part of the citizen.” The 38-year-old hairstylist lives with his common-law wife and five-year-old daugh- ter, and has lived in North Vancouver for 16 years.
