months.

Ramsperger pleaded not
guilly to impaired driving,
but instead pleaded guilty to
the lesser or included
offence of driving without
due care and attention.

The original charge
stemmed from a May 21,
1995, incident in North
Vancouver District.

vincial court on Feb. 5:

Alan Graham Beech, 33,
of West Vancouver, received
36 months’ probation after
he was found guilty of
threatening two men on May
12, 1995, in North
