The City of North Vancouver Development Services
Department will be making a presentation regarding
proposed amendments to the “Lower Lcnsdale
Overall Development Policies” which is Schec'ule B
of the Official Community Plan.

The changed areas designated for comprehensive
development within the Official Community Plan af-
fect lands generally between 3rd Street and the
Waterfront, St. Georges and Mahon Avenue. The
changes proposed in the Draft Lower Lonsdale
Overall Development Policies are based on the 3
Character Area Study earlier released to the public,
as,well as changes of an updating nature.

Persons who believe that their interest in property
is affected will be afforded a reasonable opportuni-
ty to be heard. No change to the Official Communi-
ty Plan will occur based on these proposals as a
result of the public information meeting. Changes to
the Plan would require a by-law and a formal public
hearing, which would provide those who believe that
their interest in property is affected, another oppor-
