« 14 - Sunday, March 10, 1985 - North Shore News LGH LECTURES Focus on parents LIONS GATE Hospital is following its successful Fall Lecture/Discussion Series on Sexual Education for Effec- tive Parenting with a Spring series of three programs on the theme of Effective Parenting and the Develop- ment of Value Systems. The series is part of the continuing effort of LGH to provide a forum for infor- mation sharing and co- operative action in dealing with health aad social needs in the community. Everyone i welcome and admission is free. The programs take sine form of a panel discussion or speaker followed by a question and answer period. The programs are of par- ticular interest to parents and teenagers and those who work with teenagers. The earlier series of four programs was well attended and later aired on Cable 10 in North Vancouver.
