-EARLY CLOSING of Royal Bank in Park Royal North was or- dered by West Van- couver police Friday after $8,000 robbery. The robber, a white man aged about 50, who was wearing a grey wig and false eyelashes and beard, burst into the manager's office with a box which he claimed was a bomb. He left the package there and forced the manager to accompany him to the central teller, where he stole $8,000. The robbery area was cordoned off by police, while bomb disposal experts dismantled a §con- traption in the box which turned out not to be ai bomb. A PROPOSAL to run a Lower Lonsdale tram will be studied by North Vancouver City council's Expo 86 committee, council has decided.
