North Vancouver, has been charged with arson
in a fire which destroyed an East Vancouver

restaurant in March, by Vancouver police. .
Spiro Panagopoulos, of. 259 Seymour Place,
also has been charged with defrauding the
British America Assurance Co. by claiming
insurance and foodstaff losses by filing false
affidavits. He is. scheduled to answer the |
charges Thursday,April 7 in Vancouver
provincial court.
