Bowen Istend, was jailed 90 davs, received 24 months’ probauion and had his driver's licence suspended for three vears atter he pleaded guilty to impatred driving. eee Randolf Debolebee, 33. of North Vancouver, way fined S800 and had his driver's licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to impaired driving. eee Wallace Henry Larson, 59, of Narth Vancouver, was fined $750 and had his dri- ver's licence suspended for 18 months after he was found guilty of having a blood alco- hol level greater than .08. eee Gregory Charles Franks, 33, of Vancouver, was jailed seven days, fined $1,500 and had his driver's licence sus- pended for 18 months after he pleaded guilty to: having a blood alcohol level greater than .08 in West Vancouver on June 8, 1996; B having a blood alcohol levei greater than .08 on July 19, 1997 in Prince George; 4 impersonation on Juiy 19, 1997. The jail sentence was ree- ommended served by house arrest.
