MATRIMONY AND DIVORCE
This course will explain the laws that govern every legal or common law marriage.
The instructor will discuss the marriage contract, common law marriage, change
status, marital property, children, credit, inheritance, and income tax. Separation,
divorce and maintenance will also be explained, as well as a discussion on the propos-
ed changes to the Family Relations Act.

security and insurance, small vessel regulations, Harbour
and other habilities for vessel owners.
