% By CHRIS LLOYD Thirteen women workers at North Vancouver City hall have signed a petition demanding that pencil drawings of nude women included in an art exhibition hanging in the building be removed. . And now Mayor Jack Loucks has been put in the position of having to decide whether or not the pictures by North Van artist Dorothy Manning should be allowed to stay up for another month, as originally in- tended for the exhibition, or whether they should come down. Whatever decision he comes to is going to have a long-term effect and be greeted with bitterness. If he decides in favor of the artist then 13 of his own staff are left discontented. Dorothy Manning has left instructions that if the two or three offending pictures come down then the whole exhibition must be removed.
