of alcohol being consumed
in public places

only under protest and

Capital Financing Authority.

Two 1|3-year-old West
Vancouver boys were taken
to Lions Gate Hospital
Wednesday evening — suf-
fering from third degree
burns after being elec-
trocuted by a hydro line
beneath the branches of a
tree they were climbing.

Lawrence Fronczek, of
5761 Seaview Road, fell
while climbing a cedar tree
ata neighbor's home at 5751
