The Perennial Boar requires 1%
Ib. pork tenderloin, 2 Tbsp. butter,
1 cup of whipping cream, 4 cup
dry white wine, %4 cup brandy, 3
Tbsp. Dijon mustard and a dash of
ground pzpper.
