discharge or storage of the waste may within 30
days from the last date of posting under section 3(a)
or publication, service or display under section 4,
write to the manager stating how he is affected.”
PREAMBLE — The purpose of this application is to
authorize a change to the permit such that:

1) the discharge of treated shallow groundwater to
the ground is discontinued, and

2) deep groundwater is discharged to the District of
North Vancouver storm sewer rather than to the

ground via a drain field.

“District of North Vancouver storm sewer” located at
the foot of Philip Avenue. The discharge will be to a
closed storm sewer which flows 20 metres before
entering an open storm sewer which flows 150
metres before entering Burrard Inlet via a culvert.
