be held on December 19, 1994.

UTILITY RATES INCREASE FOR 1995

“Sanitary Sewer Utility Bylaw, 1994, No. 6426"
2. “Water Utility Bylaw, 1994, No. 6417, Amendment
Bylaw, 1994, No. 6618” .
The above bylaws, upon adoption and effective on January 1, 1995,
will increase the rate charged by approximately 20% to users of
‘the City’s “Sanitary Sewer Utility Bylaw, 1994, No. 6426" and by
approximately 15% to users of the City’s Water Supply System for
Bylaw No. 6618.

The increase is to offset operating and maintenance costs and
to pay charges levied by the Greater Vancouver Sewerage
Drainage District.

Copies of the above named bylaws and schedule attached thereto
will be available for public inspection in the office’of the City Clerk
between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday, with the exception of Statutory Holidays,
