THE FOLLOWING people ap-
peared in North and West Van-
couver provincial courthouses over
the past week to face various crim-
inal charges laid against them.

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
December 15;

Bench warrants were issued for
Dale Robert Mcildoon and Nor-
man Nirmal Siddoo after the two
failed to appear in court on sepa-
rate criminal charges.

Stephen Daniel Lukyn was
sentenced to five days in jail after
he pleaded guilty to two charges of
breaching the terms of his proba-
tion,

Before Judge J.B. Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
December 12:

James Matthew Forster was fin-
ed $300 after the 23-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to a
charge of trafficking in cannabis
resin,

A bench warrant was issued for
Kenneth MacKenzie after the
North Vancouver man failed to
appear for a schedule court date.

North Vancouver provincial court
December 10:

Kamal Kishon Charan was fined
$1 after the 26-year-old Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to a charge of
having no life-jacket in his boat.

A bench warrant was issued for
Duncan Roger Morgan after the
22-year-old North Vancouver man
failed to appear on a charge of
driving while prohibited.

Vancouver provincial court
November 19:

A bench warrant was issued for
Mark Edward Liesch after the 33-
year-old North Vancouver man
failed to appear in court on a
charge of false pretences.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
West Vancouver provincial court
November 4:

A bench warrant was issued for
Thomas Dixon after he failed to
appear on a charge of causing a
disturbance.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
West Vancouver provincial court
October 28:

Kenny Chue, Alexander Gomez,
Michio Isikawa, William Randell
Macrae and Fadil Murati were all
fined $25 on charges of failing to
wear life-jackets while on board a
boat.

Vincenti Loyola was fined $35
on the same charge.
