Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court November 4: A bench warrant was issued for Thomas Dixon after he failed to appear on a charge of causing a disturbance. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court October 28: Kenny Chue, Alexander Gomez, Michio Isikawa, William Randell Macrae and Fadil Murati were all fined $25 on charges of failing to wear life-jackets while on board a boat.
