this no-bake pie is outstan-
ding. Along with the whipped
cream, you fold in bits of
semi-sweet chocolate for a
chocolate-lover’s dream pie.

HEAVENLY
CHEESE PIE
8 oz. Danish cream cheese
orange, pineapple or peach
flavor
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cream sherry
1 pint whippirig cfeam,
whipped
1 8-inch graham cracker
crust, baked and cooled
Fresh fruit, for garnish

In mixing bowl, blend
together cream cheese, sugar
and sherry until smooth.
Reserve one fourth of the
whipped cream for garnish
(about 1 cup). Blend about !
cup whipped cream _ into
cheese mixture well. Gently
fold in remaining whipped
cream. Spoon mixture into
crust. Cover; chill until firm
— at least 2 hours. Top with
reserved whipped cream and
fresh fruit to serve. Makes 8
servings.

_ CHOCOLATE

CHEESE PIE
Use 8 oz. chocolate
flavored cream cheese.
Substitute rum for sherry.
Chop |} package (6 oz.) semi-
sweet chocolate chips into
small bits. Reserve 2 .ta ~3
tablespoons chocolate bits
for garnish. Fold remaining
