The day of festivities will open at 8 a.m. with an open air Pancake Breakfast, served by the North Van- couver Lions Club at the Civic Plaza, 14th and Lonsdale. Breakfast will be followed at 9 a.m. by the show and judging of decorated bicycles at Victoria Park. The climax will start at 10 a.m. when the Lions Club Parade will start from Victoria Park, proceed up parade climaxes Folkfest Saturday Town Crier Kelvin An-. Lonsdale Avenue and end at the North Vancouver Recreation Centre. The parade will include floats, bands, majorettes, marching units, comic entries, antique autos and the decorated bicycles.
