Hossini’s original Inn
Cogneato opened six vears ago
in the adjacent 1857 Lonsdale
Ave. storefront that will soon
house the off-shoot Inn
Cogneato pasta bar.

It was an immediate suc-
cess.

Little wonder. It arrived
with all the attributes of any
good neighbour: warmth, gen-

erosity of spirit, enthusiasm
and an open and talented
kitchen.

The corner move had been
in the back of Hossini’s mind
for vears. After all, the location
was wasted on a rundown dry
cleaning »peration, and the
45-seat lin Cogneato was
chronically filled to overflow-
ing.

But patience is a virtue.
