After a proposal from John, who was pursuing his architectural career in Montreal, Joan left for the east where she worked as an RN. The two settled in North Vancouver in 1975 where they raised two daughters, Michelle and Jennifer, ard stilf love to ski. Dr. Ralph (f.J.) and Gladys (née Hannah) Munholland were married in Moose Jaw on June 28, 1947. After raising their five children in Cntario they retired to Sydney, 8.C.., in 1987 but recently moved to North Vancouver. The Munhollands have 10 grandchildren. Happy 50th wedding anniversary!
