February 13:

James Allan Duncan was fined
$100 after he pleaded guilty to a
charge of failing to appear for a
scheduled court date.

Before Judge J.K. Shaw in North
Vancouver provincial court febru-
ary 12:

Sharon Elizabeth Dundas was
fined $150 after the 27-year-old
North Vancouver woman pleaded
guilty to a charge of possession of
cannabis.

Stephen Wells was tined $100
after the 21-year-old Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to a charge of
failing to appear for a scheduled
court date.

Ronald Joseph Fazio was finded
$100 after the 29-year-old North
Vancouver man was found guilty
of mischief in connection with
damage done to an automobile.

Before Judge J.K. Shaw in
North Vancouver provincial court
February 9:

Stephen Andrew Barclay, 19,
and Peter Martin De Groen, 20,
were each fined 325 after the two
North Vancouver men pleaded
guilty to a charge of trespassing on
BC Rail tracks.

Mark Wade Currie was fined

$50 after the 20-year-old North

Vancouver man pleaded guilty to

one count of theft under $1,000.
John Lauchiin McLennan was

fined $300 after the 27-yeur-old
North Vancouver man pleaded
guilty to a charge of possession of
cocaine.
