Sculpture competition opens For Lonsdale Quay A SCULPTURE competition of major significance to artists in British Columbia opens this month under the sponsorship of the North Vancouver Community Arts Council. The Lonsdale Quay Water- front Park Sculpture Com- petition with its theme, Vi- sions of North Vancouver, hopes to give artists in the province a chance to con- tribute to the revitalization of the North Shore waterfront by creating a piece of sculpture representative of the North Vancouver com- munity — its history and its setting.
