CRUNCHY
HAM CASSEROLE
(Serves 6-8)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. Frozen
Green Beans
1 (10 0z.) tin Cream

Mushroom Soup
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
% C. cold water
3 Tbsp. flour
‘A tsp. salt
'/s tsp. pepper
‘4 tsp. sage
‘A cup skim milk powder
2 cup diced ham

(cooked)

3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
cheese
| cup chow mein noodles

(crisp)

Grease 2 qt. casserole.
Turn oven to 350° F.

Cook beans til just tender

Combine soup, onion &
water

In saucepan, combine
flour, salt, pepper, sage and
skim milk powder. Str in
soup mixture. Cook over
medium heat tll sauce 1s
smooth and thick.

Stir in ham.

Place layers of beans.
meat sauce and repeat in
casserole.

Spnakle with cheese and
bake 25 min.

Top with naoodles
bake 10 min. longer.
