ends of a doubleheader from
Yics in North Shore Softball
action last Sunday and
moved into second place
behind Lynnwood Blues as a
result.

A home run with two on
base by Peter Therien in the
first game broke a 3-3 tie and
allowed Merchants to take a
6-3 win with Grant Forrest
being credited with the win.

Scott Lynas pitched a one-
hitter in the second game to
hold down Yic’s while his
teammates had a big day at
the plate for a 9-0 win.
