Creation of up to 450 construction jobs over the next 3% years: continuation of employment of the current work force, including 415 people directly employed swith an annual payroil of over $19 million and an additionat 800 people indirectly employed. Air Quality Improvements During Construction from 1988 to 1991 @ TRS surge emissions will be substantially reduced through the ongoing $2.3 million upgiading program, scheduled to be completed by June 1988; from July 1988 until the kraft mill expansion is compieled, particulate and TRS emissions will be maintained 20% beter than current B level permits on a total toading basis: additional improvements i in air quality are expected in early 1990 once the digester, washing and screening phase of the expansion is complete: an independent environmental consultant will be retained throughout the construction period to measure emissions and verily compliance with permit fevels.
