Body found by fisherman identified

WEST Vancouver Police have
released the name of a 78-year-old
man whose body was recovered
Sept. 4 near Ambleside Beach.

The dead man was identified as
William Wolfe of West Vancouver.

His body was found by a fisherman.
Efforts were made to revive Wolfe.

Wolfe was an avid swimmer.
Autopsy results revealed the man had a
heart condition which ted to a heart
attack and drowning.

Due to the death being of natural
causes, the police investigation of the
incident has concluded, said Cpl.
Trevor James. .
