Makes for a crisp clean Swiss armos- phere. A place of big sandwiches and hearty soups. Orth and Bigler make a great tag team. Both are fun- -loving veterans of the local dining scene; both can cook; both love life. A good combo in the cating trade. Joincd recently by Rene Widmer, former William Tell food and beverage manager, who oversees Calvin’s dinner trade. Who's Calvin? Ask the boys.
