North Vancouver provincial court
after they pleaded guilty to two
crab fishing violations.

Nisar a 28, James Dewarnanid
Sami, _Kifayat Ali, 22, and
Sayed Al "46, all of Vancouver,
were charged jointly with possess-
ing undersized Dungeness crabs
and catching over the daily limit of
four crabs each in connection with

a March 17 seizure of 141 under--

sized Dungeness crabs.

The seizure was made after the : :

four were observed: fishing from a
_12-foot aluminum boat near Cc ates
‘Park,

All the crabs were between thice
and 5% inches in width. The Icgal

dimnit is 6% inches.

Appearing before Judge J.D.
Layton, the four pleaded guilty to
both charges ‘and were fined $125
on cach charge. :
