novations, all three North
Shore residents are among
19 British Columbians and
87 Canadians to be
nominated for this year’s
prestigious Ernest C. Mann-
ing Awards which annually
honors the pioneering spirit
of Canadian innovators in
all disciplines.

This year’s principal
award is $75,000 and a
$25,000 will go to this year’s
award of merit.
