WHILE MANY of you prepare for the Terry Fox walk and jog on Sept. 18, we wish to convey to you a few more fundamental pointers so that your comfort and enjoyment will be: insured during this exercise activity. Last week we discussed the importance of proper warm-up procedures. This insures that the body is relaxed and prepared for more strenuous activity. Other components that play Significant roles in exercise safety and comfort are posture, stride and pace. The key to proper posture is the pelvic tilt position. Good posture is an important factor in feeling good and in the maintenance of a healthy body. Practise these tips, not only during your exercise periods, but throughout the day and in this manner you will not only look good - you'll feel good. Deserve credit | be commended.
