You can ride the full 100 miles, 100 kilometers or 100 furlongs (18 miles) for those who cannot take much more than about an hour's ride. All paruicipants are asked to please obtain pledges per mile, kilometer or furlong for the B.C. Heart Foun- dation. All money collected will go into the Heart Fund to support research projects, the distnbution of heart health information and to support groups helping those who have already been afflicted.
