ARTS BRIEFS Jazz giant at Orpheum CHRIS Vadal takes jazz into the land of the make-believe. The American saxophonist performs next Friday and Saturday with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. The two 8 p.m. performances at the Orpheum are billed as Land of Make Believe, no doubr for the selection of works inspired by fairy tale and folk lore.
