I drive 2,000 km plus a year,
mostly in the Lower Mainland,
and can boast 33 years of. acci-
dent-free driving.

I feel I have seen it all, so let's

Having just received my
notice to renew my vehicle insur-
ance, I’m fuming to find the pre-
mium has once more increased.
Mr. Brooks, I'm tired of sub-
sidizing incompetence. Make the
bad driver pay. Let incompetence
subsidize the defensive driver, by
lowering premiums.
