Skippers’ Meeting:

Peter Speck, Publisher of the News and an avid sailor will conduct a pre-race skippers’ meeting on Thursday,
June 18, 7:30 p.m. at the North Shore News.

The Course:

From Dundarave Pier at 10:00 a.m. to a red marker (leave to port), set /2 mile WSW of Point Atkinson Lighthouse
and then to the Point Grey Bell Buoy (feave to star-board), .7 miles off the centre channel marker and finishing at
the Comrnittee Boat off Kitsilano Yacht Club at 3:09 p.m.

The Awards:

Award plaques wili be awarded in many categories including Best Nautically Dressed Crew, Youngest Crew Member
and Most Enthusiastic Sailing Club. All judging wili be conducted by the Awards Committee during the race itself;

there will be no inspection of vessels at the moorage.
Awards ceremony will take place aiter the race in the Hollywood Club at the Granville {sland Hotel. A buffet of snacks

and sandwiches will be set up for hungry sailors.
