Driver charged A WEST Vancouver woman faces drinking and driving related charges following a Nov. 2 incident in which two people were injured after they were struck by a car trav- elling in the 3060-block of Marine Drive. According to a West Vancouver Police spokesman, the accident occurred just before 2 p.m. A West Vancouver municipal crew was at work on the road at the location; a flag operator was attempting to stop eastbound traffic when a car struck Sherry MacDonald, 26, of North Vancouver and Kim Tapley, 33, of Port Moody. The sccident also resulted in approximately $2,500 in damage to the vehicle and $2,500 to a municipal van struck by the car. Charged is 57-year-old Isabelle Westerlund.
