Puhach in North Vancouver provincial court on Feb. 28: Robert Glen was fined $100 after the 48-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to a Dec. 22, 1990 hit and run of a parked car on East 15th Street. Bakeny in North Vancouver provincial court oa Feb. 21: Robert Christopher Van Veen, 19, received a conditonal discharge and was placed on pro- bation for nine months after he was found guilty of being in possession of stolen jewelry and money on Oct. 27, 1990. On Feb. 12, co-accused Robert Benjamin Severy was convicted on the same charge before Judge D. Grandisen in West Vancouver provincial court on Feb. 18: Sam Anselmo Arruda, of no fixed address, was ordered to stand trial on a charge of posses- sion of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking in connection with an event alleged to have occurred on July 22, 1990. Arruda, 26, maxes his first ap- pearance in B.C. Supreme Court on Feb. 18. eee Michael Gaudreau was fined $100 after the 29-year-old Bur- naby man pleaded guilty to driv- ing without due care and attention on Nov. 24, 1990. eee Douglas Hugh Mullen was fined $200 after the 33-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to driving without a driver’s licence on Jan. 20, Before Judge W.3. Rodgers in North Vancouver provincial court on Jan. 29: Billy Christopher _Lewis was sentenced to one year in jail after the 18-year-old man pleaded guilty to break, entry and theft from a house located in the 100-block of East Fifth Street.
