A 29-YEAR-OLD North Van-
couver man was ordered Friday in
North Vancouver provincial court
to stand trial in a higher court on
three sexual assault-related
charges.

Samuel Walter Hutzkal was
originally charged with two counts
of sexual assault and two counts of
touching, for sexual purposes, the

tion with incidents elleged to have
occurred between January 1985
and April 1988 involving two fe-
males. .

Following a preliminary hearing
on the charges, Hutzkal was
ordered to stand trial on both sex-
