Although there are no regulations for _ Lazair pilots defined by the government — leaving the ‘airwaves technically wide open to any sort of pilot — ‘Banner feels pilots should be “well grounded. in basic aviation. So a special course was ‘designed with the help of a flight instructor which teaches newcomers the basics and, Banner hopes, anticipates the regulations the government is bound to bring in shortly.
