Contributing Writer THE first draft of the Cuff -_réport is in the hands of West Vancouver council, but the a results have yet to be released. The report’s author is George ‘Cuff an independent Alberta consul- assessments. His draft report consists of an “organizational review” of municipal hall and district staff. Ic was commissioned by council in January. The draft Teport was received on April 29, packaged in seven separately sealed envelopes, each individually ‘addressed to the respective mayor and councillors. “I have questions that I will be rais- ing when we meet with Mr. Cuff,” said Coun. Allan Williams, who was reluctant to release any details of the report. “He’s made some very critical comments.” Williams said that he will be ques- tioning “some of his (Cuff’s) stare~ ments regarding the way business is conducted in West Varicouver.” Said Williams: “I think he has mis- <4 interpreted 5 some of the things he has been told.” Mayor Pat Boname said the next. step is ‘for council to submit its ques- tions, comments and corrections by the end of this month. “Then he works on another. draft. copy,” she said.
