This fourth annual event, celebrating the culinary depth and breadth of the Lower Mainland area, will feature over 50 of the city’s best restaurants, including Forster’s Emerald Park Lodge from the North Shore, offering selections from their menus to Bite of Vancouverites. The range of restaurants par- ticipating in the this year’s event will run from Chinese to German to Indian to Indonesian to South American and beyond. There will also be imbibing to go along with the usual biting this year as the Bite will be outfitted with a special garden for beer and wine tasting.
