Ciub hests beer festival

THE KNICKERBOCKER Club of
Vancouver is hosting a beer festi-
val evening April 15 at the Hyatt
Regency.

The event features specially-
brewed Granville Island Beer with
an authentic German buffet. The
evening begins at 7:30 p.m. with

dinner at 8 p.m., followed by a’

performance of the German

Theatre Group and dancing oegin-
ning at 9 p.m.

Tickets are $35 per person, ob-
tainable at Granviile Island Brew-
ery, 688-9927 or at 325-1660.
Tickets may also be obtained
through Sunshine Cabs, 929-1221.
All net proceeds of the show will
be donated to the German Theatre
Group. .

Juniors learn Jazzercise

A JUNIOR Jazzercise program for
six to 12 year olds is being offered
by the North Shore Neightour-
hood House.

Junior Jazzercise is similar to
adult Jazzercise but has more em-
phasis on jazz dance technique and
specific dance choreography. The
class also uses props and costumes.
