Parent participation pro-
grams include Diaper Gym
and Swim, Fun with Mom or
Dad (or both) and Parent

and Preschooler.

For 3-6 years there are
Tiny Tot and Tadpole
classes and Tiny Tot Gym
and Swim. School age
children have a wide variety
of aquatic programs to
choose from such as Esso
Swim Canada, Royal
Lifesaving courses and Red
Cross lessons. All of these
programs take place week-
days and weekends. Special
for the spring Be Water Wise
is a family water safety

boating safety, artificial res-
piration, reaching assists and
proper use of a PFD or life-
jacket.

Adult learn to swim
classes are held throughout
the week and for the more
competent swimmer, the
Masterswim program is held
on Monday and Wednesday
nights.
