Three thousand elementary school students from 189 schools gathered in _ Richmond on the weekend to discover just who had the best athletes in the province. And several North Shore schools who had students who met the standards and chose to participate, did very well against such competition. Especially worthy of note was the performance of the Wescot Elementary school girls ‘relay teams which won both the 1969 and 1970 medley events. .
