The pair gained media
interest last year for their
architectural service, “The
RenoReport, a low-cost feasi-
bility study for people who
are considering a renovation.

means that plans for che inte-
rior, including colours, floor
and wail coverings, fixtures
and finishings can all be
decided on and worked into
the plans before construction
begins.

on the project.

Contrary to popular opin-
ion, using the services of an
architect actually saves a
homeowner money, Graham
says.

“Usually people try to do
it themselves, and they
underestimate how much it
will cost. How many horrer

The biggest expense dur-
ing renovations that most do-
it-yourseifers face, _ says
Graham, is the cost of fixing
the blunders they make.
