It was perfect. I think kids would like the ending,
when Ursula and George are dancing. My
favorite characters in the movie are Ursula and
George, but I also like the bird, named “Tooky,”
and the talking ape, named “Ape.”

It was really neat when George swung on the vines and the
trees, and when he kept on bumping into trees. I liked it when
he brought Ursula to the treehouse. | also liked it when he was
a baby and bumped into the tree, and all the animals bumped
into the tree, too.

The sad part is when George was captured by the hunters.
Ursula’s boyfriend tries to kill George and takes Ursula away
when she doesn’t want to go. It’s pretty exciting. I told my
friend Helen most of the exciting parts on the phone. I would

like to see the movie again, and buy it tu keep!

answers,

For the past couple of years the organizations which provide
services to children on the North Shore and the teachers and
school staff who interact with them daily have been getting
together for tunch.

Not for a fancy, taspaver-funded social do, but for a brown
bag lunch nght in the schools to talk about the kids and what
they need. It’s called the Brown Bag, Network.

“It’s solution-oriented,” said Lisa McCarthy, youth develop-
ment worker for the city and district of North Vancouver. “We
sit down together and say ‘This is an issue we're facing, let's pool
our resources and decide how we can best deal with i.7 For

keep abreast of policy and staffing changes. A special back-to-
school meenny will take place at the Brown Bag After-School
Fair scheduled for October 9 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Carson
