Sara Ferguson, a student, takes transit from Westlynn to Capilano. The Westlynn bus is never on time, she said. “It’s not a big deal though. It’s a pretty good ser- vice.” Babysitter Joyce Regalado takes the bus from her Indian River home to Phibbs to Westlynn Regalado said she sticks to the schedule, but the buses don’t. They leave early or late, stranding her at the bus stop for up to 15 minutes. “It’s OK. I just hope it will be improved,” she said.
