labor dispute, the HLRA has said
it had hoped the provincial gov-
ernment would have taken
measures to bring a permanent
end to the strike.

“HLRA is disappointed that the

government did not take decisive
action to resolve this dispuie,"’
said HLRA president Gordon
Austin. “Instead the government
has set up another process in an
attempt to settle this tong-running
dispute.’’

He added that the health care
industry will ‘‘reluctantly enter’’
into the arbitration process.
