What do you enjoy the most
abot your work?

“LT Jove the creativity and the
freedom. [It’s the opportunity to
do the things | wouldn't do in any
other line of work. And T enjoy
the variety of the people [ come
across —— media, government,
mayors of cities.”"

What's the most important lesson
you've learned since becoming a
frade show producer?

“$f you do your work well your
business will graw and people will
buy into your successful game
plan | believe in the valuc of total
customer service — if you are
ethical and respect’ people they
will always come to you.”

Have you considered 4 career in
polities?

“Only vaguely. I'm having too
much fui doing what m doing.
Like everyone else, | am disgusted
at what is going on in the politica’
scene, My grandfather was 4
member of Parliament for
Athabaska, but that was highly
respected in those days. We need
respectability back in politics.”’

What do you do to retax?

“Pm not a total workaholic. |
walk our golden retriever for 20
minutes every morning and I jog
every other day. | do exercise as a
stress-reducer and we spend a lot
of time outdoors as a family.”

Annual Service Plan

Each year, an Annual Service Plan is prepared
for the Vancouver Regional Transit System.
This Annual Service Plan is a one year action
plan which identifies transit service improve-
ments proposed for the 1992/93 fiscal year.

Ta allow area residents the opportunity to
discuss various proposals included in the
1992/93 plan with BC Transit staff, a public
meeting has been scheduled for your commu-
nity. The meeting for North Vancouver and
West Vancouver will be held:
